Compass will fully manage the property from start to finish, eliminating any problems should they arise. Our Service Agreement Includes:- Meeting at the property to assess rental income and give advice on the marketability of the property. Use a Compass eye catching To Let board. Source quality prospective tenants using many of the country’s top property portals and latest Internet technology. Offer flexible, accompanied viewings if required. Comprehensive reference checks. Draw up Assured Short-hold Tenancy Agreements. Collect the first month’s rent and security deposit. Pay rent and deposit electronically into your nominated bank account. Take gas, electricity and water meter readings. Set up monthly standing order to pay rent directly to Compass. Deal with any routine maintenance and repair issue as agreed. Conduct Inspections every 3 months and email the report to the landlord. Deal will all correspondence and queries from the tenants. Issue Statutory End of Tenancy Notices. Email Landlord Account Statements as required. Market the property for re-letting before the current agreement expires. Produce check in / check out inventory reports. Check out tenants.
